Wedding Dresses for Studio Photos in Okinawa | Prices, How to Choose & FAQ

At usherinmaking, a house photo studio in Kitanakagusuku, Okinawa, dresses are included in our studio wedding photo plans. There is no need to rent a dress separately: you choose one in the studio dress room on the day of your shoot, change, and start shooting. This page covers how many dresses each plan includes, extra fees, how the selection works and frequently asked questions.
Dresses and prices by plan
Our studio wedding photos come in two plans, and both include the dress (all prices are monitor prices).
PLAN 01 Studio Wedding Photos: ¥99,000 (regular ¥140,000). About 3.5 hours, 30 photos. Includes hair and makeup, one dress, bouquet and veil.
PLAN 02 Studio + Location Photos: ¥150,000 (regular ¥200,000). About 4.5 hours, 40 photos. Includes hair and makeup and two dresses. Studio and an outdoor location in one day.

Premium dress: +¥20,000 and up
Groom outfit (size M): +¥20,000 (tuxedos are not available)
Original data (JPEG): +¥5,500
Holiday fee: +¥18,000

How to choose your dress
When you contact us, tell us the look you would like. If there is a dress on this blog you like, sending us its link makes things easy.
We suggest dresses that match your wishes and check the size.
On the day of your shoot, you make the final choice in the studio dress room.
We coordinate the veil, accessories and other items to match your hair and makeup.
The design and size of your dress are decided together with you. Dress rental is available for the bride only.
Four sets that make dresses shine
The shoot moves from set to set, so even one dress gives you several different moods.
Arched window and natural light: an arched window, a herringbone floor and a chandelier. The morning light here is the softest of the day, perfect for dresses with trains or lace.
Dress room: from white dresses to colour dresses. You can choose your veil and accessories here too.
Vintage corner: teak furniture and lace curtains for lace and vintage-style dresses in calm, muted tones.
Monochrome corner: black wire chairs and greenery, ideal for black dresses and fashion-forward styling.

Frequently asked questions
Q. Are dresses included in the plan price?
A. Yes. PLAN 01 includes one dress and PLAN 02 includes two. An additional charge of ¥20,000 and up applies only if you choose a premium dress.
Q. When and how do I choose my dress?
A. When you contact us, we ask about the look you have in mind and suggest dress options. The final choice is made in the studio dress room on the day of your shoot.
Q. I am worried about the size.
A. We check sizes when we suggest dress options. The design and size of your dress are decided together with you.
Q. Can I wear both a white dress and a colour dress?
A. With PLAN 02, which includes two dresses, you can combine a white dress and a colour dress. The dress room has everything from white dresses to colour dresses.
Q. Do you have outfits for the groom?
A. We do not offer tuxedos. For studio shoots, a groom outfit (size M) is available for ¥20,000.
Q. Are the veil, bouquet and accessories included?
A. PLAN 01 includes a bouquet and veil. Accessories and small items are prepared by the photographer on the day to match your dress and hair and makeup.
Q. Can I wear a dress for maternity or family photos?
A. Maternity photos (PLAN 03) are taken in maternity outfits. If you would like to be photographed in a dress, we recommend our wedding photo plans (PLAN 01 and 02).
Q. When will I receive my photos?
A. Right after the shoot you select your photos on the spot, and we deliver them later with Korean-style retouching. Original data (JPEG) can be added for ¥5,500.
Q. How do I book or ask questions?
A. Send us a DM on Instagram (@usherinmaking) or LINE (ID: usherinmaking) with your preferred date, the number of people and the look you have in mind. We usually reply within 1–2 days. There is no automatic or calendar booking; we confirm the date after talking with you. We can help in English, Japanese and Korean.
Q. Can I rent a dress for a location-only shoot?
A. For location shoots, dresses are available as rentals (from around ¥10,000 to ¥50,000). The bouquet, boutonniere and accessories are included in the rental, and the photographer brings them on the day. Location plans are introduced on usherinmaking.com.

This site (usherinmaking.co.kr) covers shoots at our house studio in Kitanakagusuku, while usherinmaking.com introduces Okinawa location photos and our dress collection. Both are run by the same studio and the same photographer.
